How automated tweets can make your brand look bad

I’m not talking about carefully considered links and updates put into Hootsuite to come out at regular intervals. This seems to be a case of updating a website and all your tweets coming out at once.

It doesn’t make sense to do this as only a fraction of your audience will be online in those 3 minutes, and we all know the life of a tweet is small and grows smaller the more people you follow (so if you’re a journalist then that’s a LOT), plus it makes your brand look like you don’t ‘get’ Twitter. Big no no!
